My prescription had been in for at least 5days and when I went to collect it I had to wait for 20 minutes. Then I was told it would take another 40 minutes.I went back and had to wait in the queue for another 15minutes. They have had nearly a week to get it reddy yet i still have to wait 1hr 15min. Absolutely ridiculous. This sort of thing happens on a regular basis.
